How do I get started?

How long does a project take?

Pricing & Payments
How much do your services cost?

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes.
Unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing, we require a 50% deposit before work begins.
The deposit allows us to allocate the necessary time and resources to your project.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods may vary depending on the client and project.
We’ll provide the appropriate payment instructions when your project is ready to begin.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our services involve work performed specifically for each client, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Are there additional costs?
We will clearly communicate the agreed project scope and pricing before work begins.
Additional costs may apply if you request work outside the original scope or if your project requires third-party services, subscriptions, licenses, hosting, domains, or other services not included in the original agreement.

What happens after my website or project is completed?
We’ll complete the final review, address any agreed final adjustments, and deliver or launch the project according to the agreed scope.
If you need ongoing support, maintenance, marketing, or future improvements, we can discuss an appropriate ongoing service.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes.
Ongoing support and maintenance can be arranged depending on your needs and the type of project.
Can I continue working with Octascend after the initial project?
Of course.
